I have huge news! You know that I've been natural dyeing with old recipes, traditional methods. This involves hours of fabric boiling and days of waiting. Even if you tame yourself to be more patient, it still consumes a lot of energy to keep the water at boiling temperature for a long period of time. This has been bothering me and I finally found a solution!  I discovered an Indian company specialized on natural dyes since 1995. They have invented a method for cold dyeing with natural dyes. And it actually works, so, no more boiling. They sell concentrated natural dyes from pomegranate, madder, cutch and more, along with auxiliaries to dye. Here you see the dye solution from 1 grams of Acacia catechu bark (cutch) and it is able to cold dye cotton 33 times of its own weight. Isn't it amazing?
